Callie's heart beats for the nonprofit sector. With nearly 15 years of hands-on experience, she's not just a consultant – she's a devoted partner in every organization's journey. She believes that when people thrive, missions flourish. Drawing from her diverse experiences - from grassroots organizations in Latin America to executive boardrooms - Callie brings a unique perspective.
A seasoned leader with a proven track record of achievements within the nonprofit sector, Callie's journey began as a nonprofit leader with a global organization in Central America.
After three years of working cross-culturally, she transitioned to a new role at Mesa Global. At Mesa Global, Callie held pivotal leadership positions in Recruitment, Onboarding, Human Resources, Operations, and became the first woman to serve on the Executive Leadership Team.
Callie is a certified Human Resources professional from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and holds a BA from Hope College in International Business and Spanish. While she previously lived and worked with organizations in multiple countries, Callie now finds joy in spending time with her husband, JP, and three children, reading, staying active, and cheering for her favorite college football team - Go Bucks!
